This property is conveniently located on Thanon Kwang, the original road connecting Chaofa East and West Roads, a few kilometers south of Central Festival and Phuket City - both of which are easily accessible in a few minutes. At the east end of the road is a new Siam Commercial Bank branch, while at the west end is a row of shop houses one of which is home to The Swiss Restaurant. Half-way down Thanon Kwang, on the south side, is a Home Mart and a single entrance road leading to two housing developments: Jomthong Thani and, the more recent, Ban Maneekram. Building: The building itself is 12 meters deep and 4.5 meters wide, and was competed in the fall of 2005, and has a chanote.
Ground Floor: The ground floor has a restaurant/bar area, a large kitchen area, a bathroom, and three 2 x 1 meter windows. We have added a nice front patio and back kitchen which add on to the 12 meters in depth, and are each 5.5 meters wide.
Level Two: Level 2 we extended to 6 meters deep (from 4) and is 4.5 meters wide and we added a large, luxurious bathroom. This level has a bedroom/office (3 x 4.5 meters) plus a closet area, and one 2 x 1 meter side window.

We helped build this place, put a lot of money into it during construction, and planned to buy it upon its completion in the fall of 2005. Unfortunately, we were unable to. But we would absolutely love to live here if we could get a suitable arrangement. If you are interested in a property for investment, this is perfect. We are willing at sign a two-year lease immediately at 15,000 baht per month and will stay here and take care of the place we helped build.

As you can see from the pictures, the property is set-up to be a restaurant. We have six tables and twenty four chairs, a large double-door glass front restaurant refrigerator, tons of chinaware, silverware, glasses of all kinds, a nice bar area, and a built-in stereo/home-theater system with 29" TV - all included in the selling price. The villages inside the subdivision have over 325 homes with many more being built, with the shophouse located at the only entry/exit point to them.
